Responsibilities
As part of the staffing increase of Tangity Engineering team, NTT DATA is looking for a Functional Safety Engineer with at least 1 year of experience. In particular, the selected resource will join the SYS/SW Engineering Unit and will be employed on the following activities:
- Contribute to the production of Work Products requested by Functional Safety standards such as:
* Impact analysis at item and element levels
* Safety Plan
* Safety Case
* Item Definition
* Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment
* Functional Safety Concept
* Technical Safety Concept
* Safety Analysis Reports
- Support in definition and improvement of Functional Safety internal processes.
- Definition of Safety Goals and Safe States at SYS level.
- Definition of Safety Requirements at SYS level and at HW/SW level.
- Support in the definition of SYS architecture and SW architecture.
- Clear definition of HW/SW interfaces (HSI specification).
- Execution of Safety Analyses (e.g. FMEA, FTA, DFA, FMEDA, etc.).
- Participate in verification and validation activities (e.g. critical review of test cases and verification of compliance of test cases with the needs emerging from Functional Safety analyses).
- Participation to meetings with customers and suppliers.
Mandatory Skills:
- BSc/MSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge and application of ISO 26262 standard for at least one of the following parts:
* Part 2
* Part 3
* Part 4
* Part 5
* Part 6
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR standard SW architecture (Classic and/or Adaptive).
- Experience in Model-Based SW design and knowledge of code auto-generation techniques.
- Experience in writing and management of requirements and/or test cases.
- Knowledge of V-model for product development.
- Strong propensity to innovation and teamwork.
- High precision and attention for details.
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Availability to business trips.
Nice To Have Skills:
- Experience in execution of Safety Analyses (e.g. FMEA, FTA, DFA, FMEDA, etc.).
- Knowledge of Requirements Management tools (e.g. DOORS, Polarion).
- Knowledge of Vector tools (e.g. CANalyzer, CANoe, PREEvision).
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE or equivalent quality standards.
- Knowledge of ADAS systems and related GSR regulations.
